Don’t over schedule yourself. We often schedule more than we can actually complete. Schedule less and complete more so you won’t feel deflated and look forward to your accomplishments.
If you have a business, consider hiring help. You may feel like you can’t afford it.
Consider trading services with someone else. Hire an intern or another small business to take some of the work off your plate. Sit down and think about what it will cost you to bring someone else in.
Sometimes hiring someone isn’t as costly as you think and can make you more productive. It may free you up not only in time, but stress too. If you get more work done, you’ll be able to expand and make more money in the end.
Use your time wisely. It’s so easy to get distracted. Especially because there’s so much technology built into our daily lives.
Chunk your time. 15 minute blocks
Set a timer, make it fun. Like a race. Can clean up your kitchen in 10 minutes flat!?!
Drink your water! Sometimes lack of energy is do to dehydration. Eat regularly. When you’re hungry your body doesn’t have any fuel to be able to get moving and feel energetic like it will if you eat something.
Keep up the good work! You’re probably accomplishing a lot more than you think you are. My last tip would be to keep track of everything you are accomplishing along with things you do want to accomplish. And celebrate all you’ve been working towards when you reach your goals!
